International Trucks, the leader in heavy-duty commercial vehicles,
put together a unique, multi-faceted loyalty rewards program to strengthen its market position.
We were called upon to help introduce it.
To reach current International Truck owners, we developed a series of large, attention-getting posters for display in dealer parts, service, and waiting areas. Each used a simple, friendly message to encourage the benefits of participation in the Rewards Program. These on-site promotions were matched with equally eye-catching dark and organic posts.
International Truck management relied on our creative to get the word out to owners and users of their vehicles. They report that the program quickly achieved the desired goals of improving customer loyalty.
